Get to Know Maria
Excellence in customer service has always been at the forefront of Maria's repertoire, from managing restaurants or real estate; her drive to provide the best service does not only stop at humans but also canines. Maria has established an elite dog daycare service that stands out from the crowd, and it all started when she adopted Pluto – a Ganaraskan from Port Hope, Ontario, in 2015.
Driven by an innate desire to excel in all her endeavours, Maria has pursued numerous training courses focused on dog behaviour, nutrition, and well-being. This comprehensive education has broadened her understanding of dogs and empowered her to transition seamlessly into dog training. With her vast knowledge and experience, Maria now focuses on helping pet owners forge solid and lasting bonds with their dogs, fostering harmonious relationships through effective communication and training techniques tailored to each dog's unique needs and personality
Maria is currently on her path to becoming a fully certified dog trainer. She has completed the Karen Pryor Dog Trainer Foundations course and successfully finished the Canine as a Second Language program offered by Educanine, further expanding her knowledge of dog behaviour and communication. Maria is also an active member of the Canadian Association of Professional Dog Trainers as she continues further education in animal behaviour
